Phased Process

Our process begins with a design and planning phase that defines a detailed scope of work analysis, involving careful review of the project requirements. Our in-house team will provide all details needed to build the project, including floor plans, architectural drawings and renders, materials selections, permitting strategy, and more.

The second phase of a Rare Property Group project encompasses all aspects of the build itself, from demolition to full construction to final clean-up of the property. Our craftsmen and project managers will expertly execute on the plans devised in the design phase, manage all required governmental permits and inspections, and deliver an exceptional end product.
